At b, halfmoon, we want you to feel fully supported in your practice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal items such as used mats and meditation cushions cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your yoga props or apparel in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
